Barcelona daybed-leather(how the inspiration started)

The Barcelona Daybed (1930) was introduced by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, in the Barcelona Collection, after the production of the Barcelona chair. It follows the same design specifications as the Barcelona chair and stool and therefore can be combined together in any setting. The frame of the bed is made of wood and sits on stainless steel legs, that are bolted on each corner of the frame. The Grade-A Italian leather cushion, has buttons inserted with geometric perfection on the top side. The leather cushion is placed and buttoned on straps that are treaded to receive a bolt on the wood frame for extra strength. The straps have the same color as the leather. The Barcelona daybed coordinates perfectly with the Barcelona Collection. It has a sleek shape that allows easy combination with your existing furniture.
