Juan Alberto Perez
American, Cuban born 1957
Juan A. Perez is an abstract painter living in Miami since 2005. Prior to moving to South Florida he lived in the New York City area, predominantly Hoboken, NJ and Manhattan. His work has been shown in galleries throughout Manhattan, New Jersey and Baltimore. He studied with the renowned abstract painter Omiros and at the Art Students League in NYC.
The body of work by Juan Alberto consists of oils, acrylics and watercolors on paper canvas or wood. His work is inspired by and reflects his admiration for the purity and beauty of nature. His art expresses the vast emotional content of any given day or moment It speaks directly to each beholder through the hidden language of abstract art that crosses all language and visual boundaries.
